The Board of Directors will present its reports. Members are required to provide written notice to the Secretary of any suggestions, proposals or resolutions they wish to have placed on the agenda. Please send your notice to Angela Narth at nartha@mymts.net.

Nominations for the Board of Directors

The Winnipeg Lawn Tennis Board has open vacancies for Directors for the coming year. We would love to have you join us! As our Club continues to grow and develop, please consider helping out by allowing your name to be put forward as a nominee. The slate of Officers will be voted in at our AGM. You do not need to have previous board experience to join the board, just enthusiasm for our Club!

There is a maximum of 10 Directors that can be elected for the 2016 Board of Directors for the Winnipeg Lawn Tennis Club Inc. The Board positions are as follows:

President
Vice-President
Secretary
Treasurer
Member-at-Large

Any person who is a Member of the Club in good standing and is 18 years of age or older may indicate their consent to having their name added to the slate of nominees with the position on the Board for which they wish to be nominated. Notice must be received by the Board no later than Monday, November 9 (at least 15 days prior to the AGM).
