The Manitoba Team Tennis League is played at several clubs throughout the city and organized by Tennis Manitoba. Teams of 4-6 players compete in a Davis Cup formatted league against other teams. Players do not need to be from the same club - nor even a member of any club.
The league was very successful last year with 12 teams playing in 3 divisions. Not only is it good tennis, but it's very social. Players can sign up both as a team, or just as an individual and Tennis Manitoba will get everyone on a team.
2015 League Details
The league will run through five Friday nights beginning June 26th from 6:00 - 9:00 PM and will comprise of three divisions: Division 1 (Open), Division 2 (4.5) and Division 3 (3.5). Teams formed will be required to have a minimum of 4 players and up to a maximum of six. Due to the league running a round-robin format, only four teams will be able to enter per division, and will be accepted on a first-come, first serve basis.
The team registration deadline will be June 19 at 11:59 PM.
